Thanks for the kind comments...I built my blocks on 10 inch muslin, trimmed then to 9-1/2 inches..I ended up not using any batting...they are quite heavy without it

Your quilt grabs the eye! I don't know if it's the black borders or the strips, but it compels you to examine each block closely and be amazed. Nice!
