    Finally finished my Irish Chain

    It took me almost 2 years to complete this quilt. I started the piecing on my Singer FW during the summers while we were out cruising on our boat. Then it got to big so had to finish it at home. I love the bright colors! I FMQ a sailboat in the center pink squares.

    Thanks everyone. Yes Lady Jane I am very proud of it and the first one that actually fits our bed. All the others I have made have been too narrow. It's nice for us not to have to keep pulling it from one side to the other.

    very pretty! I remember my first double Irish chain...all those squares cut out by hand!
