He's going to love it. Be sure to watch your lint trap when you dry it. You'll have to empty it a couple of times during the drying cycle. Or better yet, take it to the laundromat.

quilt looks so lovey and warm. he will love it. check your dryer often also--amazing how much lint they shed. I always wash mine at the laundramat the first time ! the clipping is the worst part but those short-nosed scissors really take most of the work out of it.

With a Rag Quilt, who would know if somethings out of kilter? After they're washed, they all look the same! But, it's a wonderful piece and I know your DH is going to love it :thumbup:
