    floral part & have it on my to do

    wvdek--there are basic directions on my first post of this quilt... just do a search for "watercolor floral log cabin" and it should pop up... then you'll have to scan through the pages to find it. But--it's just dark strips at 1.5" and lights at 1". The first light has to be 1.5" though. Then just follow a close up of a square in the photo. :wink:

    EXACTLY what I was going to say. The borders are truly perfect. I just love it. I'm glad you did a close up of the wider border - it just compliments the whole quilt so nicely.
