Every time I need a button, I have to search through thousands of buttons that I have in a container. It takes forever to get matching ones.

Not anymore! I finally organized them. Man, I have a lot of white ones.

(The whole story of the buttons is on my blog http://debzpicaday.blogspot.com/2011...47-of-365.html )

I was wondering how you organized something like buttons. Now that I see it, I love it. Nice work. Finding a button or two will be a lot easier for you now.

Wow, I can see I am a new sewer, because I sure don't have buttons like that, meaning the number of them. They are pretty. Nice way to organize.

wow- i have 2 popcorn tins full of buttons- want to organize for me?

actually part of the (charm) of my button collection is to be able to sit with a big tin of buttons and run my hands through them---looking for just the right one.
my youngest granddaughter can sit on the floor and play in one of my button tins for a long time- she loves them too :)
