OH WOW! I so love this...I really want to try. I started "thread painting" with free hand embroidery for my 2nd & 3rd quilt - and have been really thinking of making some wall art peices that are designed to be touched, and washed as needed...I do not know how the dyeing would take that - how does it hold up? You are an inspiration! Ideas Ideas Ideas...in my head - now what will they look like when they escape!
