Finally quilted my daughter,s bed quilt which I pieced before Christmas

I pieced this batik quilt for my daughter back in December and was folded and set aside till I find the desire to quilt it. I love using my long arm but it is the thought of binding that kills me. I just hate binding seriously and don't know why (sigh).
Anyways my daughter has been bugging me to finish it since she loves it and I just couldn't stand the idea of disappointing her as I know she loves every quilt I make and I enjoy that A Lot.
    Thanks for looking

Very nice! I love batik fabrics. Love your coloration, no wonder she wants you to finish it, I would too. Thanks for sharing.

That is beautiful. Good for your daughter for pushing you to finish it.

    Thanks
I know. She kinda made me feel bad and guilty every time she asked me about it so I had to do something about it and now I am really happy it is done.

WoW! I don't know what I like more...the batiks, the setting or the quilting! Great job on every aspect. I can see why she wanted you to finish it!

It's a beautiful quilt. I, too, love binding. It means I'm almost finished with my project. I love finished projects, then I can start something new. I only work on one or two things at a time.

Well, I would want it finished too. Can you teach her to bind? It's really a beautiful quilt.

I love your daughters quilt. No wonder she was after you to finish. Beautiful fabrics, it just glows with that fabric in between the black.

Your quilt is beautiful! I love doing the binding also, partly because of my favorite word associated with quilting. DONE!
