Mine is a Pfaff Grand Quilter 1200, not a longarm, but it is on a frame ... when mine does this it is because the thread is having a hard time coming off the spool - I have to play with the height of the guide that's right over the thread, or put that cap on top of the spool that holds it down.

Hope you get it solved - it is soooooo frustrating!

Your quilt looks beautiful, the colors are lovely, quilting is just perfect for the quilt, what brand of long arm do you use, your stitches are beautiful...

I have a Queen Quilter 18, it's not yet a year old. I ran out of bobbin thread last night so I quit for the day. I just went up there this morning, put the new bobbin in, and completed about 4' of that row and it didn't break once! Hopefully it will straighten up and stitch right today. :) (knock on wood). I think there are only two more turns to do but I'm making some coffee first...

Gorgeous! I can't wait to see it when you are finished. Are you sure you don't want to send it to me? :)

I would be willing to repaint my bedroom for that quilt! So pretty. Would love to see a pic when you are done. Nice job so far.
