Thanks for all the nice comments. It was fun to do and nice to be able to just sit and sew without having to worry about seam allowance and finished block size. Just slap a fabric on until you fill the foundation; then trim to size. Unfortunately while I was doing this, all the rest of the scraps decided to have babies of their own. Large litters too. I think I could make 6 of these and not put a dent into the scrappies. I have a friend who passes hers along to me faster than I can sew them up.

I normally don't care for string quilts but your use of smaller strips really makes it look beautiful. May have to try this one!!

Love your quilt! Before I purchase the pattern, please tell me the strip width that you used. Also, what size foundation paper? And finally, I noticed that the creators pattern is Square. Would it be easy to add rows to make rectangular? Thanks!
