Gorgeous colors and wouldn't take forever to make. Can you please tell us what pattern you used? Thank you!

my oldest son Ben made this quilt- while unemployed during the first Covid shutdown. HIs only ( pattern) was a pad of graph paper. He sees blocks then spends time figuring out how they are made- often sketching them on graph paper- then he puts them into a quilt. He lives in Lexington Kentucky, I’m in Michigan- some times he will send me a picture of a block not coming together right and ask — what am I doing wrong? ( usually a pinning issue or something complicated he hasn’t figured out) he sent me a box with 22 quilts he had created to quilt for him. He has quilted a few himself too. He lives in a small apartment with his wife, he actually has his sewing machine set up on a TV tray. He’s very creative and has enjoyed this journey. He has started a new career & doesn’t have as much time on his hands but is still designing quilts
