I love your quilt. The cats are so cute and your quilting is great. Who looks close enough to notice a spine missing??? :thumbup:

all the black blocks had a diagonal line stitched so doing feathers there was easy. but some areas in the borders were plain and i would have put in spines, but i did on one area and trying to FMQ a straight line isn't easy. feathers can have curved spines but i opted for marking them with a hera marker and just "going for it". worked as far as i'm concerned.
now off to look at my Sister's batik charm quilt and see if any areas need more quilting.
