    I'm thinking eyes...maybe not black but maybe a medium brown so a not to bring them too much attention, but at least get rid of the impression that it was unfinished.

    I think it would be too hard to add eyes now, too. And you can't even tell it was giving you fits! It looks wonderful! I am measuring for my second half of the borders on my sail boat quilt. You have given me hope!

    I say EYE, EYE. The french knots for eyes would be so cute. The quilt is adorable.
