Because of the fleece backing, I just used it for a self edging. This is gonna get dragged around a lot. Smiles.

Why thank you Anna! I so appreciate your kind words. My guidelines from my 7 yr old DGD were that she hoped it could have flowers and butterflies and be in pink, purple, blue and turquoise. Because I find most of my fabric in thrift stores, and ladies summer bathrobes were the perfect material for this quilt, I laughingly told some members of the board that the fabrics for this quilt are from the "Granny's Duster" line from my LTS. (local thrift shop). Wish I knew the designer's name; it did work up nicely.

very pretty Lady! I will be sure and show my lil GD later this morning-she loves to see the pictures here on the board. We are having a teaparty later today with her dolls and yep we will be using one of my "drag it" quilts. Those are the best for like a one eyed teddy they get the most love.
