    Finished and framed art quilt

    I made this during the federal shutdown. It's called "Missing Lake Powell" Everything was so still and empty, I tried to capture that feeling in this piece... I made this for a friend that visits every year, but since we couldn't get to the lake, we had to cancel!

    The depth perspective and the color contrasts are so like a sunset, I get goose bumps and I have never seen Lake Powell
