I made it up as I went along. I found the logos on-line, resized the logo images until they were pretty much what I wanted and turned them into appliqué. They are on 10.5 inch squares, and the layout is, (insert geeky snort here) in "Wide Screen" like a monitor...4.5 inch blue border for top and bottom and then 4.5 inch black border all around.

I am still very new to quilting and am learning lessons with each project...for instance I should have put some stabilizer behind the smaller letters when I stitched them to the quilt top. I also learned that quilting with super soft fleece (the kind with the really long soft nap) is like trying to juggle Jello on the sun...
