THANKS... The tinkerbell will be a quilt for a 3 yr old... inspired by a quilt Teri made awhile back. Cardinals - irish chain. I sure hope mine comes out as beautiful as hers

You know something? ....my husband and I had 4 rental properties for about 15 years. Although we had a couple of long term good renters for the most part we had destructive, late payers, to totally stop paying at all. We helped them out, gave them funiture, clothes, canned goods, but never ever did one of them do something like make us a quilt!
Way to go girl :!:
Can't wait for you to start the tinkerbell quilt, that is going to be cute :D
How are your labels coming along?
Lisa & Jeremy pulled us out of a scarry time. I'm doing sooooooo much better here health wise. I just felt a THANK YOU wasn't good enough
I haven't started the labels yet.

I love your avitar and what a lucky landlord. I think your quilts get prettier with each one you make. Keep up the good work.
