The stars make this quilt top pop, I just love what you did with the blocks. Makes me want to get going on some blocks I won about 4 years ago. They just don't turn me on, guess I need to do some serious thinking about adding stuff to them.

It's great. I especially like the dramatic contrast between the top and back. It's like having two quilts for one. It inspires me in more ways than one. Please explain how you added the stars. Are they pieced into the sashing or appliqued or...? In any case, they are the perfect finish with those blocks.
