They are beautiful. I used the cardinal fabric to make a Bow Tucks purse for a Christmas gift.

Thanks everyone, the pattern I used wasn't a Christmas Pattern I really like the way everything was on the diagonal..and my friend in Kansas sent me photos of Cardinals feeding in her garden a few years ago and I have loved them ever since. I love that fabric and really pleased I could do something with it- I thought the cardinal fabric looked too nice to use when I got it !

What a beautiful set! Hubby was right, the placemats are a beautiful addition to make the table setting look complete. Don't hubbies love it when someone admits they're right? Good thinking to include him in the plans.

You are right there- he is really pleased how they came out and more importantly I see the Fabric Shack has a sale online so he is quite happy for me to shop for fabric this week!
That was my first table runner and mats as well..so thanks again for all your good wishes and encouragement. i love this board!
