This pattern is Matchless Star created by Becky Jackson. It is cool because you don't have to match up any seams. Went together fast and easy and I have done a project like this before. If I weren't committed to using from my stash, I would probably have chosen different colors and next time I would know that I shouldn't have put the light color all in the same place. But all in all, I am really happy with it. I will probably use a slightly wider binding to finish it out after I get it quilted.

Wow, this is beautiful, and no matched seams, love that idea.
Great job! now a diamond shaped feather in each diamond.

I really like it and think the light outside bar sets it off and makes it glow.

Dene, I love it! There is so much interest from the no-match seams!

Do you make this with different sized strips subcut into diamonds??

This is really pretty...I've been wanting to do a star like this and will have to look at getting this pattern since there's no matching and it goes together quickly...Also, the white, to me, makes it look likes its spinning....Great job!
