    Finished piecing my daughters Double Pinwheel!

    Im so excited. Im done with piecing the top now I need to quilt it. Alyssa loves it and is so happy! Wish me luck getting this monster on my domestic machine!

    That really pops! How are you going to quilt it? It will certainly be gorgeous in a little girls room. I like what you did with the border - reversing the colors, really adds punch to the quilt.

    I'm not usually a big fan of pinwheels but I love this double one. I especially like how you broke it up with the white border and contrasted the colors on the outer row. Now I want to try one, thank you. It's a wonderful quilt.

    Thank you! This is from the pattern "quilt in a day". And it's called Double Pinwheel. By Eleanor Burns. I wish I could take credit for the design but I just followed the pattern

    I love the double pinwheel pattern. I did one using the big red poinsettia. white and green Season's greetings line. I love your purple and pink.

    How are going to quilt it?

    Such a bright and cheery quilt. I have this on my list to do someday and your color combination is wonderful! My favorite color is purple so no doubt I'd love this combo. Thanks for sharing
