Very Nice. I have that pattern and it is called Table Graces by Jean Dunn Designs which also includes a tablecloth and linen napkins. I got mine at my local quilt shop earlier this year but the are readily available for order from the internet as well.

I purchased the fabric in early Sept. 2015.......Hobby Lobby has it for sale on-line.
