Thank you for your kind comments. Judy, the blocks are 121/2 inches unfinished. I'm really very much a beginner at quilting and started at a very late age as well so I stick to the easy patterns. This pattern is as you see it. Four patches in the corner of block 1 and 4 1/2 inch squares in block 2. https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/sweetjane
