This quilt it too cute! Just the perfect amount of detail-love the stitching on the barbed wire and the little touches like the fish in her hand at Sea World! I've never been a SBS fan either, but I'm a proud Texan, and this will make a perfect wall hanging in my hallway-so adorable. Just checked out your Etsy site, will buy your pattern on payday.

I have never really cared for Sonbonnet Sue patterns until seeing this! Putting all the backgrounds in each square makes it so much more interesting! I really love this one! Thanks for sharing!

Your SBS in Texas is adorable. I thought at first you forgot to put in a oilwell but I do see the pumpjacks in the upper right. I have got to get the pattern.
