Get Nancy Ziemen's book on landscape quilting. She has 3 out. Anyone cando this. :thumbup:

What an inspiration you are! I have been thinking I would like to "dabble" with something like this, but you are way beyond me at the moment (smile). But, I will persevere and learn; you have given me energy and beauty. Thank you.

How beautiful Janet. The snow on the branches and trunks is incredible. Did you hand paint some of it? The texture is so well done.

I used acrylic paint for the snow and silver markers to create the shadows and to inhance the bark on the trees I used colored markers. I also painted with thread. Anyone can do this. Go ahead you will supprise yourself.
