Both are beautiful. Always good to use up what we have.

You did a nice job on your quilts. Isn't it nice to use up a little bit of what we already have!

Most of my stash quilts start from me being a little bit ADD when I get in my sewing room. I will find a piece of fabric that interests me as I am digging for something else. Next thing I know I have pulled out a bunch of coordinating fabric to go with it. Then a pattern or idea will pop into my head and I start cutting etc. Next thing I know I have created what sometimes ends up as another UFO. I was looking for a back for the bento box and started this disappearing pinwheel the other day. I found some greens to go with it for a border for it. The quilt is actually a pink but looks red in the picture.

Love your beautiful quilts. Love your disappearing pinwheel pattern. Would you share where I can locate that pattern? I too have been trying to use up scraps and even sewing extra fabric that I have used in the top to be the backing. I don't seem to be eliminating my stash tho'! I think the fabric multiplies during the night!!! LOL
