    Default First attempt at D9P

Made for a high school graduate from my church. These pics taken before quilting. Quilted a freeform snowflake in the squares on my Janome 7700. Backed with a fitted sheet spliced with the same white fabric used between the squares on the front. Binding same as back material. She loved it.

Picture taken on my sons bed. Love it with the art piece over the head of his bed. Brings out the colors on both the quilt and the artwork. Guess you can tell he likes art.

Beautiful. I am amazed at all of the different variations of the DP9.

Good looking quilt! Now you should make one that looks like that painting above your son's bed. That's awesome!

It's one of my favorite patterns. Nicely done.

That is very pretty. I've never seen a DSP done with sashing before. I was playing with a DSP design in EQ yesterday and couldn't get anything I liked. I'm going to go back and add sashing and see if I can come up with something I do like. Thanks for tickling my brain.
