Never done this before, so hoping it works. If it does this is the jewel box quilt that I have made for my sister. The picture is while I am in the middle of quilting it. You may be able to see the pins still.

Thanks. Seems a big picture, do you know how I can reduce the size? Most pictures seem much smaller.

Beautiful quilt I'm sure your sister will love it. What kind of machine are you using to quilt it, what size is it? Hope you don't mind me asking these questions.

I used the Janome 6260qc. I think that this model is retired now. This was my first attempt at FMQ and the quilt is queen sized. Must admit was petrified at the thought of washing it. Was going to wash it with colour catchers, but my sister wanted it and said that she would wash it. I gave her a box of colour catchers and said to treat it gently LOL. Need to ring her and find out how it went.

It's beautiful, and thanks for posting the picture. I really appreciate it when the pictures are large enough to actually see the pins etc.

It's really very pretty! And, you did a great job of posting. Personally, I like the big picture; sometimes they're so small, you can't see any detail.

Beautiful Quilt! I don't think your picture is any larger than anyone else. Great job of posting for your first time.
