    I visited Longabeger Basket manufacturing plant. The shops are amazing. Saw a quilt top ( summer quilt style) for 75 dollars. Gave me an idea. I have had fun these past two days.

    Need a dense batting and a backing then finished !!

    materials: tafta, not real silk, cotton and vleveteen.

    That looks like wrapped Christmas presents all stacked together. Very pretty!

    thanks everyone.. I just bought backing and have dense batting. So, my machine will humm tonight !! I like sewing at night. Everyone is home and it feels like I am not alone in sewing!

    Very, very pretty---I love the different fabrics (something besides cotton)--It reminds me that if I plan to "make" any gifts this year, there is no time like the present to get started! LOL :lol:
