    "The center area out to thru the large border area is the mystery quilt I did at quilt group New Years Eve this year. Well, I thought it a bit small for a lap quilt so I added the other borders in May then machine freemotion quilted it to give as a graduation gift to a young lady at out church who had been in my sunday school class back when she was five. She has grown up to be a fine person. I hope the picture is reasonably good. (having problems with my camera) The closeups show where I stitched my name "Joy" in the center of a block and her name "Lindsey" in a border. I was just having a bit of fun." - DebJ

    Great showcase for your machine quilting skills. The little bits of orange really pops - very nice.

    Great job! :thumbup: I love the fabrics and the color combinations and I adore that you wrote Joy and her name on the quilt. What a treasure for this girl to receive.
