I used my walking foot for the first time a couple weeks ago and I love it!

Very good job....mine can zigzag also, but I just used a straight stitch (SITD)

I used the wavy stitch on my sewing machine. It really made it look great!

The wavy stitch looks neat. I wish I had one of those on my sewing machine. I love all the ideas and techniques I get off of this board.

Do you have a three point zigzag or serpentine stitch? All I do is lengthen the stitch to 2 and make the width 2 also. Makes a great alternative to SID--you don't have to stay on the seam lines so intently!

Oksewglad, I never THOUGHT of using that wavy stitch in place of SID. This fabric is embossed and I followed those lines loosley. Thanks for the idea!
