I would like to see how you use the tumbler for borders, do you have any pictures.

I really didn't have a pattern, I belong to the yahoo group for accuquilt and I was surfing through the photo albums on that group and I saw a flag quilt and just had to make one too. I just printed out the picture and used it as my guide. Very easy to make.

Do you have a lot of waste from cutting out the fabric?
There is a small amount of waste, but not bad, one just has to be careful and cut fabric to fit the area to be cut. I'm still learning

Looks great. My husband bought me an Accuquilt Go for my birthday this year. I've just started using it - love it!

Your quilt is much better then what I'm working on. What did you use for the white rows? Mine are all wrinkled, ironed and starched it to death and still wrinkled so I tore them all out. I want to get a heftier fabric, mine is very thin.

Well I used all kinds of light cream colored fabrics for the white rows. I liked using several shades of cream, but the one I saw on the yahoo group only used 2 different fabrics for the light and alternated every other one. Oh I also buy my fabric from a great shop and I stay away from places like JoAnn's fabric and Walmart fabric. Hope you find what you are looking for.

If you do a search on Accuquilt Go cutter you will see it. I is NOT electric you have die cuts that you lay your fabric on and then a mat you lay over the fabric and you turn a handle and feed it through the rollers and it cuts the fabric. They even cut the dog ears off so it is so easy to line things up to sew. You still have to be able to sew the quarter inch seam allowance thought. Sometimes that is a tough job for me. LOL
