Thread: First Quilt for Quilts of Valor

    Here is my lastest finished project. I made the top and gave it to a wonderful woman named Darlyn (that makes me smile every time I say it) who donates her time with her longarm. She quilted it, did the binding and sent it off. I was pretty happy with it overall, and most happy to not have to machine quilt it! I can't wait to team up with Darlyn and do more for QOV.     I just used the tube quilt design, with a jelly roll and a few fabrics from my stash. It looks black from the photo, but it is brown, greens, blues, and pinks. I had a bit of a hard time matching all the seams but it came together alright. Thank you for all your kind words!!
