My son's wife decided she did not want to be a mommy/wife anymore and walked out to start a new carefree life. The quilt I had made for them, was actually made more for her, so we let her take the quilt. So my son needed a new one, his favorite colors were red, blue and orange. Well orange just did not go with the red and blue. So I did the next best thing... 4th of July quilt because he has always wanted to be a Pyrotechnician..and loves this time of the year. The fabrics used have stars and fireworks designs. He loves how this looks.. I do also..

It sure is!!! Guess it's his Independence Day quilt, in more ways than one, too. God bless him in his new life.
