Beautiful quilt and I love the label. I'm going to try to find out who the writer is. I'd like to use the poem on a quilt I'm making for a student who just found out he has stage 2 cancer. Thanks so much for sharing.

That is just beautiful. It is a most thoughtful and loving gift and the label says it all. Bless you for this gift of love to one in need.

Thank you for doing that for her, my Sister went through all the horrors of Breast Cancer a few years back and I made her a similar lap quilt, with a tote carry bag, and it helped her immensely. For those who care, as all quilters do, a lap quilt with Tote is so useful and comforting for all who go through this and other long and necessary hospital treatments. I, and a few friends, also make them for Renal patients as they get so cold when having their treatments.

A nice quilt to feel content. Just what is needed during a stressful treatment.
