    First UFO of 2013 completed!

I pieced this last summer... Not a very old UFO, but I usually finish everything I start, so don't have very many UFO's...

Love how you did the frame and borders...have been thinking of doing one of the jelly roll strip quilts but wasn't very pleased with the finished product that looked a little, well, one dimensional? unfinished? plain? Your treatment gives the quilt adds what it needs to look finished. Thanks for posting this....

Love your border treatment. I also thought the strip quilts a little plain and this really adds a lot.

Well done, I love this colour combo and have been collecting fabrics to make something using blacks/whites/yellows. Thanks for sharing.

Lucky you to have a mild case of ufos. I'm critical with it. Love this quilt. Great colors and bright style.

Very nice - I just bought some FQs with that color combo. Can't wait to do something with them.

Great job. Congrats on the finish. Any quilt with yellow in it is alright with me. Love yellow.
