I love how your border brings out the colors in the quilt so beautifully. He will love this quilt and his "auntie" who thought so much of him to make it.

I love that you used EQ8 to accomplish the border. I can not seem to understand the steps to get anywhere with mine. Maybe this winter I will give it some time everyday to get comfortable with what I am doing.

Doing the border first .......thats a great tip to use for working with a panel. I find them stressful! Your nephew will love it!
