    You know,i think a wing needle would work for the holes.Or do you think the hole would be to small?Connie in CO

    A wing needle is a needle that has these flat things on each side of the needle.Martha Pullen makes baby gowns and uses that kind of needle.Your way is probably the best way.Your blanket they will use and save.
