Good Job, Bev. The very best thing about it is that you made it yourself for someone who means a lot to you. And isn't "our time" the most precious thing that we can give someone else.

Thanks Dearheart..... I love sewing..... I guess you can say I'm in my own little world up there (sewing room upstairs) I'm happy, not depressed and I get excited to show you people all I did. Even if its just one square. LOL
Love those flannels. A brown border will be great. I know what you mean about being in your own little world when you're sewing. Yesterday I was kinda in the dumps so went to the sewing room and picked up a UFO. Finally finish all of the machine quilting. Trimmed the edges and have the binding pinned in on two ends. If company hadn't dropped by, it would be finished. But the company was great.

Bev - it is prefect for the man of the house. Your squares are matching up so well. What store do you do your fabric shopping at or do you have to go out of town. Its must be frustrating to those quilters that can not shop in their own town. I can't imagine not being able to run down to the local quilt shop. How large did his quilt end up being? Its looking warm already...
