Thread: Flip Flops In the Grass

    This is the quilt I designed and made for my daughter's HS graduation. She graduated in '09. What's a deadline. It was originally going to nb a wall hanging but she wanted a bed quilt so the 3-D flip flop straps had to be tacked down more than originally planned.

    I can see why she wanted it as a bed quilt , so she can enjoy it more :mrgreen: Nice work :thumbup:

    Dragonfly fabric was from a dress I made for her when she was about 6

    Wow...great use of the radience panel! I have a bunch of them...gives me some inspiration.

    Very cool. I'm making a flip flop wall hanging also and I'm calling it "Beach Babes". I'm just now appliqueing so it will be a while but I'll post it and maybe it will make you smile too.

    I had only one which I had to cut and piece so I could get it to radiate the way I wanted to.
