My oldest grandchildren help me since they are local. My youngest son works for Garmin in Raleigh in the health and fitness field and details the tiny parts in the Vivofit (their version of the Fitbit). He got one for me which has the pedometer, watch, heart rate monitor (which is what I wanted), and other features. I couldn't even use it until he helped me set it up!!! He is always wearing his pedometer plus 2-3 others he is checking out for the company.
