It is the BQ pattern from Maple Island I believe

I too love how you have them laid out. It's gorgeous and will be more so when finished.

You have the perfect setting for that fabric. It is gorgeous and I wouldn't change anything.

I think that is quite lovely. You have solved the problem in a very ingenious and beautiful way!

I have found that panels are usually a bit wonky because they are wound on a bolt. I have had good luck with taping one side to my table, dampening the panel, gently tugging and taping to square it up. Then I wet it down and let it dry overnight. That very often will straighten things out. I have done the same thing with squares like yours to get them back to 'square'.
actually, the greige goods (base fabric) is stretched tight on rails during the screen printing process. It seems wonky on the selvedge sides but without the tight stretch...the overall images(s) would All not match up. This is not a defect...just a minor inconvenience for the good of the majority of the print. Each colored dot also on the selvedge strip represents how each time a color was printed to create the beautiful end result.
8 dots=8 colors. 14 dots =14 colors. Etc.

love the OPs’ layout and fabric!

You have chosen a way to minimize 'the problem' with the fabric and it looks very nice. I had the same problem with a paneled print one time. I tried tentering it (hand stretching on the bias) and that didn't work. I washed it and tried to press it square and that also didn't work. My solution was to cut off the frames of the flowers carefully and then square up the inner pictures.
This took off enough to look nice. No one missed the outer edges of the deigns. I resewed the frames on. Because I had cut some off of the designs I could used 1/4 inch seams to put them back on. It turned out very nicely.
