This is a 6" block? Good for you! I have seen larger blocks of this design. It is one of my favorite traditional. Great work, keep it up.

The colors are stunning. I am doing the same block. It is quite an accomplishment to do all those Y seams. At first I had to mark all the seam allowances at the points. I'm doing better now. I am doing a number of things based of the Texas Star but I think this block is by far the prettiest version-hard but pretty.

That is a new block to me too, and I really like it. You have good accuracy and I like the red and white.
