A few of you have asked about the Shiva Paintstiks. They are oil-based paint in a fat crayon like shape that you can "color" with on fabric. You let them dry for a day or two and then heat-set them with a hot iron to make them permanent and washable. I got mine online from Dharma Trading Co.
