I started out drawing flowers (no pattern) but as I sewed, it seemed easier to just free hand it. Just took a deep breath and went for it! :-)

We always look too closely at our own work & forget to step back to see the whole picture. You did a great job with this! I'm sure that only you see the flaws. Keep up the good work!!

I admire the fact that you quilted this queen quilt on your home machine - and that it looks so very nice. I really like your color choices as well. I would say you deserve 5 gold stars. Great job!

Thank all of you for your encouraging and kind words. It really does make me feel better about the mistakes and it's true if you don't look real close for faults, it's not bad! You're all wonderful for being there for us inexperienced quilters. It means a lot. And I enjoy seeing all the beautiful and inspiring work you do!
