Hi there! I'm sorry I didn't see your post until today about the quilt shop. The Queen Bee is in Cutlerville...on Division Avenue. Division is west of US 131 off of 68th St exit.

I remember my grandmother and her church ladies group making these from stiffen crochet squares. They also made them using new potholders. Some were stacked to make cascading tiers.

Truly I don’t understand why people say it’s so confusing, maybe the pattern is but I’m working on my eighth and I never got a pattern. I’ve posted the 2 first ones I’ve made 😁
