Default Follow up on Solids Frustration

A few days ago I posted about how frustrated I was over getting the Kona solids in the colors I wanted. I said I would post the quilt a little later. I wanted to wait until it was in the hands of the receipient. So here it is. I had leftover fabric of the two dogs together and the one dog standing so I also made a couple of tote bags for her but I forgot to photograph those. I still have fabric and will make bags for myself, too, so that will be a photo for another day.

I love your quilt! The circles are a lovely change from stippling and lines... Are the circles hard to do? You must have done them on a LA. Great job!

fine quilt. Too bad about your frustration, but you ended with a good quilt.

The circles were very easy - I just gave a check to the LA. Seriously, though, I wanted it done on a long arm because it was a gift quilt and I wanted it to be as near perfect as I could get it. I love the circles although I went to the LA with something completely different in mind but she suggested the circles and I think they work really well.
