Well, I kept my sunglasses on during our finally goodbyes, but yes there were a few tears. I tried not to let them show, cause I knew if she saw my tears, then the floodgates would blow open and we would all be blithering bawl bags.....but she will only be about 6 hours away, so we are already planning a trip to see her after she settles in to her new home. It will be hard as far as my quilting too, cause she is my "go to" girl if I have a quilting question. I told her she HAS to get the internet up and running soon so we can exchange photos of our quilting.

Thanks everyone for your sweet comments. It kinda eases the pain of not having my friend nearby, knowing I have all of you to fill the void.

Those are among my most favorite colors in the world; it is just gorgeous and inspires me to do one similar but maybe not so difficult. LOVE the combination of colors.
