    Oh, this is beautiful! I don't understand what the "mistake" is. It looks exactly like rick wrack to me. Sure wish I had a home warming present like this. Lucky friend!!

    The rick-rack is symmetrical from top to bottom and looks like you planned it. Very nice quilt and she will love it!

    Rule #1 DON'T POINT OUT ANY ERRORS. that said I don't see any errors. Just a wonderful quilt. Lucky friend. :thumbup:

    It is a beautiful top!!!!
    If you google feather quilting stencils you will find a bunch. You just need to look for what you want.
