Default Frosty Wolves...

I bought this wolf (pillow panel) off e-bay about 2 years ago. They only had one & I fell in love with it. Until now, I haven't had the chance to make it up, but suffering boredom on a king sized quilt with special needs... I needed some excitement. I used silver metallic thread to make the wolve's fur look frosty and pearlescent thread to make the moon look cold. I wish it showed up better in pictures, but this is the best I could do.

Looks chilly to me! The wolves are marvelous and the moon looks like it does when there are ice crystals in the air. Your technique worked well.

Love the panel. The moon is beautiful and really like the way you can see the breath coming out of the howling wolf.
