This is my first attempt at the Fun & Done method. I named it "Backyard Birds" and is my answer to our quilt guild president's challenge for this year. Her challenge was to make a quilt depicting movement. Not sure if this is what she meant or not -- but it works for me.

The white background is actually a white on white with a pinwheel pattern.

And those designs are so beautiful!! Only one design had a jump stitch -- I love that part! Only drawback I had was that my program would not let me alter the size. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can't.... :-)

I think it depicts something that moves really well. I love the embrodered birds you did for your fun and done quilt.

Here is a video that shows exactly how to do this method: https://www.baysidequilting.com/store/scripts/prodList.asp?idCategory=284]https://www.baysidequilting.com/stor...idCategory=284[/url]

I did buy their tool but didn't use it on this project as I needed the squares smaller. :D

Awesome!! What kind of an embroidery machine do you have? I'm considering buying one.
